I had little doubt that you would be an exceptional emcee for our Aged & Community Services Australia (ACSA) SA/NT Awards for Excellence on Friday 27 July 2018.

Graeme, thank you for your professionalism and expertise and your personable approach, and of course that wonderful distinguished voice.

I appreciated the fact that you arrived early to view the setup and check the running sheet to make sure that everything would proceed without a hitch.

You made everyone feel welcome, relaxed and connected and I received wonderful feedback on the night.

It was great to work with you, thank you so much for your contribution to a very successful night

Graeme It has been a month and accolades are still coming in.

I want to thank you for not only the sensational job you did on the night of the Commodores Dinner but also the work that you did prior to the dinner.  To try to communicate with eight past Commodores to gain some insight and their contribution to the Cruising Yacht Club of SA’s success was no mean feat!
The night was a huge success and was run with such professionalism, kindness and humour.  Your respectful interviews of each of these past Commodores or their representative drew out some amazing and humorous stories.

The night would not have been such a success without your input.

We will most certainly use your services again in the future.

Kind regards

Jacqueline Heffernan – Commodore

Graeme, please accept my personal thanks for your part in making The Rotary 9500 District Conference a great success.

As our Master of Ceremonies, your professionalism, warmth of delivery and willingness to fit into our programme are very much appreciated. With you at the “helm,” our delegates were made to feel most welcome.

Your assistance with the wonderfully prepared script for the smooth running of the sessions each day certainly made our job look easy.

Your interaction back stage with our Conference Team Leader, Arch Boonen, with Brian Ballard, and the speakers was invaluable, as were your quick wit and great humor when the inevitable mishaps (such as speakers running late) occurred.

You are the consummate professional.

On behalf of our Conference crew, thanks, Graeme, for the exceptional talent you gave us during three fabulous days in the Barossa.

Graeme,
A big thankyou from BioSA for facilitating our panel discussion on ‘Disaster Management in SA: High Tech Heroes’. We were thrilled with your professionalism and flexibility on the night.

In particular we were impressed with your ability to comprehend and break down the topic to its fundamental elements and then formulate interesting questions to encourage audience participation.

I have no hesitation in recommending you to others as a facilitator or MC for their events. I look forward to working with you again at future events.

In my role as Patron of the Advertiser Foundation I am responsible for many major functions raising money for charity in Adelaide.

In his capacity as MC I have called on Graeme Goodings to host many of these events including the annual Melbourne Cup day function for more than 850 people.

Graeme has been able to control, charm and entertain the audience with style and class  befitting events of the stature I am organising.

I would not hesitate to recommend him in the capacity of host, MC or guest speaker.

I have known Graeme Goodings for nearly 20 years both personally and professionally and can vouch for him as one of the best presenters I have seen.

Graeme was always the complete professional. He was well prepared, presented immaculately and of course has vast experience. He also connects well with people, both as an audience and at a personal level.

events‘Life. Be in it’ was appointed to manage the Opening and Closing Ceremonies  of the Special Olympics National Games, held at the Adelaide Dome.

It was a special event and the program was designed to give athletes with an  intellectual disability the “time of their lives” – and it did.

However, this would not have been possible without the enthusiastic support of the compere – Graeme Goodings.

His understanding and well spoken presentation throughout the show was one of the reasons the Opening Ceremony was declared the best ever!

Crows “During my time as Corporate Services Co-ordinator for the Adelaide Football Club, I have had  the pleasure of working with Graeme on many occasions as he MC’d a number of  Club functions  and events.

I found Graeme to be a charming host .

One of the things that impressed me the most was the amount of research he would undertake prior to the event making the interviews with our special guests very entertaining.

Graeme has also been invited as a guest speaker to many of our functions and has proven to be a great story-teller.

I have no hesitation in recommending Graeme as an MC – or as a guest speaker – for any occasion”.

It was obvious to all present that Graeme has a consummate talent in public speaking and presentations. Indeed he was late leaving because of the enthusiastic reaction from those attending. They “headed him off at the pass”.

Graeme handled the situation with great aplomb – as one would expect from such an experienced media personality.

Rotary Prospect has used Graeme on two occasions over the past two years, firstly as a speaker at one of our meetings, where he spoke about his experiences as a cancer patient and how his positive attitude helped him overcome this disease. His talk was inspirational and members are still saying he is one of the best 3 speakers we have had at our meetings.

The second occasion was to have him as our MC for the very successful “Men’s Pitstop” Day, where we offered men a free health check up. His involvement with the day helped increase the attendance and his professionalism in introducing and interviewing the men about their experience on the day was welcomed and enjoyed by everyone in attendance.

These experiences at Rotary functions will now be added to, with Graeme accepting the invitation from the 9500 District to be the MC for the 2016 District Conference in the Barossa Valley.

“The ’WorkCover Safety Awards’ was a major annual event in the South Australian calendar, with over 1,000 people attending and Vice Regal patronage.

High levels of excitement and enthusiasm amongst the attendees could make it a challenge to manage, but Graeme showed outstanding skills in being the MC of the event.
His preparation was very thorough, his advice well founded from his tremendous experience, and his sense of presence and situational awareness on the night were major contributors to success of the event.

Well done and thank you Graeme!

Every year, Time for Kids hosts a fundraising lunch for 100 of Adelaide’s most esteemed business and community leaders and in 2015 we were fortunate enough to have Graeme as our Master of Ceremonies.  The MC is an essential part of this event’s success as we rely on them to convince and cajole our guests to open their hearts, and open their wallets.

Graeme’s messaging to our guests at our 2015 Lionhearts Lunch was pitch-perfect.  Graeme was both charming and entertaining, keeping our audience engaged with the event and the cause that they were there to support.  His MCing was inspired, building audience participation in a way this event has never seen before.

Graeme left our guests feeling energised and enthused.  As a result, this year’s Lionhearts Lunch enjoyed one of its best financial results to date.  For us this means more money going to support more kids in need.  A great outcome, for which we’re enormously grateful.image001
